1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are automatically confirmed when you submit your request. However, Beauty By Paige Powell reserves the right to decline any booking that doesn't meet our policies.
By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you consent to your chosen treatment.
A consultation form may be required before certain services. Please complete this honestly and thoroughly to ensure your safety and the best results.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.
No-shows may be charged the full service amount and could affect your ability to book future appointments.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible through your preferred booking method.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.
All completed services are non-refundable once the treatment has been performed.
Prices are subject to change without notice, though any booked appointments will honour the price quoted at time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for extensive nail art or extra time required beyond the standard appointment duration.
4. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment before your appointment.
For lash and brow treatments, please arrive with clean skin free from makeup in the treatment area.
If you have concerns about potential allergic reactions, please discuss these before your appointment begins.
We maintain strict hygiene standards and use professional-grade, sanitised equipment for all treatments.
5. Appointment Expectations
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule.
Children must be supervised at all times and may not be permitted during certain treatments for safety reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. Aftercare and Results
Aftercare instructions will be provided following your treatment. Following these guidelines is essential for the best results and longevity of your service.
Individual results may vary depending on lifestyle, skin type, and how well you follow aftercare advice.
Any concerns about your treatment should be reported within 48 hours of your appointment.
We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions if pre-existing allergies were not disclosed during consultation.
